L’intelligence artificielle (IA) transforme rapidement le paysage des affaires, et la direction financière n’échappe pas à cette révolution. Bien au contraire ! La Saisie de Données

Les noms des fournisseurs, ceux des clients, les adresses, les montants de TVA, les numéros SIRET sont autant d’informations nécessaires au fonctionnement de tout systèmes comptables. Or, cette tâche, bien que’essentielle est répétitive, peu valorisante et, par définition, sujette aux erreurs humaines.

Le Traitement des Factures

La gestion des factures, y compris la vérification et la saisie des informations issues des factures ou des bons de commande, est une autre tâche répétitive critique pour le bon fonctionnement d’une entreprise. Or, sa simple saisie n’est souvent que la partie émergée de l’iceberg. Il reste ensuite à gérer la date de décaissement ou d’encaissement, les relances éventuelles, ou encore les lettrages, et la réconciliation de données !!

Le pilotage de la conformité

La conformité dans une entreprise est souvent considérée comme une tâche répétitive car elle nécessite une mise à jour continue des règlementations, la génération de rapports, la surveillance de la mise à jour des registres, la formation régulière, les audits périodiques, la documentation.

Cette nature répétitive de la conformité souligne l’importance d’intégrer des processus efficaces et d’utiliser des outils d’automatisation pour gérer ces tâches de manière plus efficiente, permettant ainsi aux équipes de se concentrer sur des aspects plus stratégiques de la conformité.

La Production de Rapports

La production régulière de rapports financiers nécessite l’extraction, le nettoyage, l’harmonisation des données, éventuellement leurs recoupements. Les rapports financiers étant la base du pilotage d’entreprise, le service comptable et financier se doit de les avoir quasi quotidiennement. Or, la saisie humaine augmente constamment le temps ainsi que les risques d’erreurs. De plus, sans un outil adapté, les élements de rapports sont très souvent statiques et ne permettent pas de corréler des données d’une source avec celles d’une autre.

Gestion des Comptes Clients et Fournisseurs

Le temps où un fournisseur transmettait son catalogue de produits et services chaque année est révolu. Aujourd’hui, les catalogues de services sont automatisés et leurs attributs évoluent chaque jour voire chaque heure pour certains articles. La mise à jour d’un compte fournisseur peut devenir un vrai casse tête sans solutions de type « punch out » !

UIPath a été classé pour la 6ème fois leader du quadrant Gartner. C’est un des meilleurs outils RPA qu’il nous a été donné de tester. Mais qu’est-ce que le RPA? Littéralement Robotic Process Automation, c’est un logiciel qui duplique les tâches répétitives. Pourquoi est-ce important et surtout singulier?

Prenons un exemple: Une entreprise de négoce utilise un logiciel comptable comme présenté précédemment. Les factures sont numérisées, et disponibles sur le système. Or, tous les matins, le DAF souhaite mettre en perspective (1) le CA facturé avec (2) les produits commandés mais non livrés, et (3) les produits en cours de livraison.

Cette tâche est très loin du périmètre d’une solution comptable. C’est l’intérêt du RPA, qui va opérer automatiquement la tâche répétitive:

  1. Récupérer les informations de CA sur le logiciel comptable
  2. Récupérer les informations dans le logiciel de logistique
  3. Intégrer ces données dans un tableur Excel
  4. Créer des diagrammes simples

Le RPA permet donc de transcrire une tâche jusqu’alors chronophage et source d’erreurs en un processus quotidien, fiable et rapide.

L’intelligence artificielle est en train de redéfinir le rôle de la direction financière dans les entreprises modernes. En automatisant les processus financiers, l’IA offre non seulement une efficacité accrue, mais elle permet également aux entreprises de se concentrer sur leur croissance stratégique. Pour rester compétitives dans un environnement commercial en constante évolution, adopter l’IA pour l’automatisation financière n’est plus une option mais une nécessité.

En intégrant ces technologies avancées, les entreprises peuvent non seulement optimiser leurs opérations financières mais aussi obtenir un avantage concurrentiel significatif. L’avenir de la finance d’entreprise est indéniablement lié à l’intelligence artificielle, et ceux qui sauront tirer parti de cette révolution technologique seront bien placés pour réussir dans le monde des affaires de demain.
